21-25 Northampton Street Grade II listed building formerly housing the Chop House restaurant and Student Accommodation which PML are converting into a Porters Lodge and office space for the College.A number of unknowns were discovered during the works and PML reacted quickly with the design team to maintain programme. The highly energy efficient building proving that listed buildings can be upgraded to the 21st century standards whilst maintaining the original character.
