PML provided planning support and logistics support for a number of the Olympic Venues away from the main Olympic Park in Stratford. The works involved working with LOCOG to ensure venues were delivered on time and covered all logistics for the Temporary overlay of the venues. The works covered enabling works such as Steel piles for temporary stands, roads, hardstanding areas for villages, Generators, Merchandise areas. The indoor venues were programmed by the hour such as the Excel Centre with more than one sport taking place during the Olympics that required 24/7 working. These included the Lee Valley White Water Centre, Hadleigh Farm Mountain Biking , Excel Centre (Boxing, Judo , Tabble Tennis amongst others) , Royal Artillery Barracks (Shooting) ,Brands Hatch (Cycling) , Dorney Lake (Rowing, Canoeing sprint)
