Our Story.

PML was founded in 2003 by our Managing Director Paul Leivers and has grown to over 20 employees. Since its inception the company has grown on repeat business providing Construction Support and services to a diverse range of companies and projects from luxury yachts to billion pound redevelopments. 


We offer Planning services from inception through to Claims, with 4D modelling added to our suite of services in more recent times.

Our team's excellent understanding of buildability and sequencing of works through our Construction Planning has enabled PML to excel in Construction Management and Project Management roles for our clients and this continues to grow by recommendations.


With this growth we have employees covering Commercial , Planning, Project/Site Management, Site Engineering and Design Management.
