Construction Management

Construction Management is a highly flexible procurement and delivery route for all Construction projects and we have an excellent track record.

 

Offering an alternative to more traditional methods of delivering construction projects such as Design & Build or Single Stage, the Construction Management route allows complex and demanding projects to start on site earlier and react to change with maximum flexibility.

 

Using Construction Management we are an integral part of the team including the Client, Designers, Consultants and all the Trade Contractors. We have excellent Build, Cost and Programme knowledge and experience across a broad range of different building types. By creating a non-adversarial environment our Construction Management approach brings greater levels of efficiency and quality to any project.

 

PML have a proven track record with RIBA awards for work on listed Buildings at St Johns College, Cambridge and have delivered schemes from £500k to over £50m throughout the UK.

PML utilises the leading software packages ASTA Powerproject, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and Acumen Fuse Analysis Software to stress test the programmes and ensure the information can be interpreted by the end user.
