PML carried out the detailed site planning support on a constrained city centre site, adjacent to Finsbury Park underground station and overground main line station. The development comprises of 352 residential units and Sky Villas set across 4 concrete frame buildings, including two 23 storey Towers. Resident amenities and 12 retail units cover the basement, ground and 1st floors. PML worked directly for the developer who self delivers high quality London homes, managing the trade contractor programmes and reporting on the clients master programme. Due to the challenges presented on this development PML have continued to serve the same client on a number of high rise residential projects within London.
