Description:

West London DC project demolition of industrial units, replacing with DC.
PML produced a fully health checked 6000 line programme compliant with stringent end customer specification and managed the programme on site reporting weekly.
Key focus areas to the success of the programme development was:

  • Infrastructure sequence and coordination with logistics of the site.
  • Frame and cladding methodology factoring adjacent network rail assets.
  • Underground fuel tanks and retaining wall sequence.
  • Separate Generator Building construction and interface.
  • MEP installations programme sequence.
  • Coordinated commissioning programme.
