Cut and carve of central London building, adding additional floors , lifts and stair cores and associated structure.Management of shell and core programme factoring in city centre logistics. PML also managed the fit-out programme under a separate contract with interlinked milestones from shell and core. The project had basement levels with highly sophisticated IT systems, above ground front of house high specification reception, meeting space and show rooms. Upper office floors with feature meeting rooms and a roof top show case office entertaining space overlooking the London skyline. Key to programme coordination was understanding the logistics in central London and how the new structure, roof and façade programme interfaced with release of areas to the fit-out team
